My name is Eva Williams, known in the beauty industry as ‘Eva the Style Diva.’ With an impressive 38-year journey in the beauty industry, I have traveled the United States, seeking knowledge and mastering various facets of hairstyling. While I’m recognized as a black hairstylist, my commitment to learning different techniques and staying up to date with trends has enabled me to serve a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals from various racial and ethnic backgrounds.

For 15 years, I had the privilege of working with a prominent haircare company, where I served as a stylist, educator and platform artist. My role extended beyond the salon chair as I passionately shared my wealth of knowledge through educational classes, shedding light on product knowledge and hairstyling techniques. These enlightening sessions took me to diverse settings, from grand stages at major beauty shows to intimate classrooms where I had the honor of coaching aspiring stylists. It was during this chapter of my career that I discovered my innate passion for guiding others on their path to excellence.

July of 2022, life dealt me an unexpected challenge when I was diagnosed with cancer. It was a profound moment of reckoning, a crossroads that forced me to reevaluate my purpose. Guided by the insightful mentorship of Raymond Aaron, I embarked on a new journey as an author. The pages of my book serve as a beacon of motivation, education, and empowerment for both novice and seasoned cosmetologists.
